Refund And Cancellation Policies
New York Facial Aesthetics Mentorship (NYFAM) is a registered DBA (Doing Business As) of New York Facial Aesthetics Forum (NYFAF).

1. Registration & Payment
Enrollment in any NYFAF training program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement.
By registering for a course, you agree to the refund and cancellation terms outlined below.

Enrollment in any NYFAF training program is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment arrangement.

A. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Training
If written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled training date:
- A refund may be issued minus a non-refundable administrative fee of [Insert Amount or Percentage].
B. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Training
If cancellation occurs fewer than 30 days before the scheduled training date:
- Payments may be non-refundable.
- At NYFAF’s discretion, credit toward a future training date may be offered.
C. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior written notice may result in forfeiture of the full course fee.
3. Rescheduling Requests
Participants may request to transfer enrollment to a future course date, subject to:
- Availability
- Written request
- Approval by NYFAF
Transfer requests may be subject to an administrative fee.
NYFAF reserves the right to limit the number of reschedules per participant.
4. NYFAF Cancellation or Rescheduling
NYFAF reserves the right to:
- Reschedule training dates
- Modify course formats
- Cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances, low enrollment, instructor illness, facility limitations, or force majeure events
If NYFAF cancels a course:
- Participants will be offered a full refund or
- The option to transfer to a future course date
NYFAF is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
6. Payment Plans
If a participant enrolls in a payment plan:
- Installments must be completed according to the agreed schedule
- Failure to complete payments may result in denied course access
- Payments made may be non-refundable once course materials or access have been provided
7. Exceptional Circumstances
NYFAF may consider written requests for refund exceptions due to documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. Approval is solely at NYFAF’s discretion.

Verbal cancellation requests will not be considered valid.
